Ozlem Yesilyurt was born in Ankara in 1987. After graduating from the METU Development Foundation Private High School in 2004, she got her LL.B. degree from the UFUK Law School with full scholarship in 2008. She completed her law intership in Yesilyurt Law Office and got registered to the Bar of Ankara with the registration no 21304.  Then, she studied for master’s degree in the field of Information Technologies (IT) law in Hacettepe University, Ankara.

In 2012, she moved to San Diego, California to attend the Intensive Legal English Certificate Program in University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and had a deep knowledge of American Legal System. After completing the certificate program, she got her second LL.M. degree in Comparative Law at California Western School of Law, San Diego in 2013 as honors student.

Also as a trademark and patent attorney, Ozlem Yesilyurt has been working at Yesilyurt Law Office especially in the field of corporate law, trademark and patent law and IT law, as well as providing legal counselling both to Turkish and foreign companies.  Ms. Yesilyurt is fluent in English.
